Heehee.
I had to sorry.

She just had to go to the Gala.

She was invited to paint freestyle while people watched. She was sort of like entertainment. This was the best she could do to get ready. Bah.

Her name is Grey Rainbow. Or Bow for short.

Here is her Gala story:

Prancing up to the door, I drew in a deep breath, and knocked. Celestia opened the door and smiled down upon me. I felt tiny upon the princess' gaze.
"Good day, Princess." I bowed.
"Good day, Grey Rainbow. I suspect you are here to set up your art set, correct?" She gestured to my big canvas and small bag of art tools behind me. I nodded.
We both went inside. Immediately I smelt the sweetest of snacks. The whole room looked divine. And I couldn't wait to use my talent for this amazing event. The place was huge, and I didn't know where to set up. Some colts came in carrying my canvas and my art supplies. I followed them, seeming as they knew where to go. They came upon a small stage. I gasped. Had the princess really thought I was going to be that good?! Well. I shall try.

EDIT--

I switched it up a bit, added the other side, and splashed on some color. i think a dull rainbow looks nice C: didnt want it too plain. (the rainbow thing isnt her cutie mark, its just showing the whole dull rainbow spectrum.)
